Terms of use

Simple terms for using our independent Gaudí guide, ticket links and editorial content.

About this website

VisitGaudi.com is an independent editorial travel guide operated by Skreenz Travel Media B.V. It is not an official website of Antoni Gaudí’s estate, the City of Barcelona, any monument, museum or ticket seller.

Information, prices and availability

We work carefully to keep practical information useful and current, but opening hours, access rules, prices, ticket inclusions and availability can change without notice. Always confirm the final details on the attraction’s or seller’s booking page before travelling or paying.

Affiliate relationship

Some links are affiliate links. If you make a booking through them, Visit Gaudí may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commercial relationships do not change our aim to provide clear and helpful editorial guidance.

Bookings with third parties

Visit Gaudí does not sell or fulfil tickets. A booking is made directly with the seller shown on the destination page and is governed by that seller’s prices, cancellation rules, privacy policy and terms. Questions about payment, delivery, changes, refunds or admission must be directed to that seller.

Permitted use

You may use this website for personal trip planning. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, scrape it at unreasonable volume, circumvent security, or reproduce substantial parts of its text, design or illustrations for commercial purposes without permission.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Visit Gaudí name, editorial text, design and original illustrations are owned by or licensed to Skreenz Travel Media B.V. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Responsibility

Use of the website and any travel decision remain your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, Visit Gaudí is not liable for changes, closures, sold-out time slots, third-party services or indirect losses resulting from reliance on website information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by Dutch law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions may be sent to marco@skreenz.nl. We may update these terms when the website or its services change.
